Since the last time we spoke, I haven’t done a single thing to improve my sleep hygiene. Not one. I promised I’d check back in with you on the subject and now I have. I have however started using Taskade, thanks to a recommendation from M. Jaime Zuckerman
Idk if you want recommendations on sleep hygiene, but I’ve found that magnesium glycinate and using the Sleep Cast feature from Headspace to work really well with me getting my adhd brain to quiet down for sleeping. If you don’t want to pay for Headspace, there’s some good “sleep” playlists online that might help too!
I also have my phone scheduled to go into bedtime mode about 1 hour before I actually want to be in bed, sorta as a reminder to wrap up whatever I’m doing and start to wind down.
